Below you’ll find information about shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds so you know exactly what to expect.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through rengora.com. If you purchased a Rengöra product through Amazon, your order is handled through Amazon and should be managed through your Amazon account.

 

Shipping

Rengöra currently ships to customers in the United States and Canada.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Once your order has shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.

Estimated delivery dates are shown during checkout for your convenience.

Shipping rates and available delivery options are shown at checkout before your order is placed.

We carefully package every order to help ensure it arrives safely. Shipping charges may include packaging materials, fulfillment, and carrier transportation.

During the holiday season or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer. If that happens, we will always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

 

International Orders

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs processing, taxes, duties, or other fees assessed by Canadian authorities.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns

We accept returns of most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in new condition, and returned with original packaging whenever possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Rengöra will provide instructions and cover the return shipping cost when appropriate.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help make it right.

In these cases, Rengöra may cover the cost of return shipping or provide an appropriate replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 5 business days after we receive and process the returned item.

Your bank or credit card company may require additional time before the refund appears on your statement.

 

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
